How do you provide samples?

We offer free samples for orders less than one piece. For more than one piece, freight is collect, but the cost is deducted from future orders. Samples are usually sent within two days.

For most styles, the MOQ is 200 pieces per color per style. Some styles may require higher or lower quantities.

What is your delivery time?

Sampling takes 7-10 working days, and international delivery takes 4-7 days, totaling about half a month. Bulk lead time is about 30-50 days depending on the item and quantity, but we can check flexible options for urgent orders.

What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and L/C at sight. For T/T, a 30% deposit is required upon sample approval, with the balance paid before shipment.

How do you ensure quality?

We have an experienced QC team controlling quality at every step from material purchasing to packing. You can also visit our factory or use a third party to check the goods.

Bulk leadtime depends on your item and quantity, about 30-50 days accordingly. However production arrange is flexible. If you are in urgent with closed ETD, we will check the best possible delivery time for you.
